No, definitely not. Your credit report has to have enough information on it to qualify you for a FICO score. If you do not have at least one account that has been open for at least six months, and at least one account that has been updated or active within the last six months, you will not qualify for a FICO score.  

For example, if you have a Sears account that was opened five years ago that just updated last month, that account would qualify you for the FICO score “minimum scoring” criteria and you would get a credit score.
