The Baby Phat Prepaid Visa RushCard can be used anywhere Visa is accepted. It is a prepaid card so it will not report to the credit bureaus, doesn't have an APR and doesn't have a credit limit. What makes this card unique is that it offers discounts at many participating retailers including Target.com, NINE WEST and NEW YORK & COMPANY. Plus, there is a Refer-A-Frend program! Refer friends or family to open a RushCard and you will be credited $5 as soon as they become an active member. If you are tired of using cash and looking for something more secure and convenient, you should find this a refreshing alternative. The fees are average for a prepaid card but it is well worth it.
