I ordered a green dot card and it worked fine, online. I tried to reload it at walgreens but could not because it had no magnetic strip on the back, this means I cant make any ATM withdrawls. I have tried to contact green dot to get this matter resolved to no avail. Is there an email address or phone number to talk to a live person?testtest
There are a number of ways to contact Green Dot(R). You can contact them at 877-434-3578. Or to apply funds, which seems to be the issue in this case, you can call 1-800-GREENDOT. If at all possible, go for direct deposit.
