Can a creditor touch your pension for an outstanding debt if you take out the pension in a "lump sum" payment and place the money in your savings account?

Thanks,

Once the information is out of your pension account, it may no longer be protected. A bankruptcy attorney can advise you here and it will be well worth it to find out. The consultation should be free and confidential.
