Cancel Credit Monitoring

Credit.com is partners with several different companies that offer credit monitoring programs to our customers. We currently offer products from TransUnion (TrueCredit and FreeCreditProfile), Experian (ConsumerInfo and CreditCheck), myFICO and Citi. Credit.com does not provide these services directly. Here are the cancellation instructions for each of our partners:

To cancel a subscription with TransUnion:

To cancel a subscription with Experian:

To cancel a subscription with myFICO:

To cancel a subscription with Citi® Credit Monitoring Service: Email customerservice@creditmonitoring.citi.com

To cancel a subscription with Equifax:

If you can't remember which agency provided you with your credit report, we recommend that you try cancelling with all four organizations. This way, you can ensure that your monitoring subscription is terminated.
