Credit.com Earns Badcredit.org’s Editor’s Choice Award

Customers’ opinions matter most, but some healthy peer recognition is always nice too. That’s why we here at Credit.com are honored that our peer, BadCredit.org, awarded us with its Editor’s Choice Award on January 3. More importantly, we’re honored that a peer recognizes the efforts we put in to helping consumers own their financial lives.

About BadCredit.org

BadCredit.org is dedicated to helping Americans with subpar credit get the information and tools needed to make better credit decisions. With online information, guides and informative studies, BadCredit.org helps everyday people master financial challenges. More than five million people use the site’s tools and resources that are created by over 50 financial experts.

It could be said that when BadCredit.org talks, people listen. So, when the Credit.com Editorial team learned of the award, we were thrilled.

A Shared Commitment to Financial Empowerment

Like BadCredit.org, Credit.com is dedicated to empowering consumers to control the health of their finances. We do that by combing valuable information with valuable products and resources for people at every credit level.

Both BadCredit.org and Credit.com are committed to the hardest working Americans who struggle to improve their financial lives the most. And who are, perhaps, the most underserved group of consumers in the financial sector. Credit.com’s commitment to struggling American includes access to a free Experian credit score and free report card that empowers people to see how putting financial information from BadCredit.org, Credit.com or other resources into action helps their credit standing improve over time. We add to that access to credit cards, loans and saving options for every credit level, including bad and fair credit levels along with other tools to help people improve their credit and get the financing the need.

BadCredit.org author Adam West summed up the award by saying, “For its commitment to providing resources that help consumers improve their financial standing, Credit.com earns our Editor’s Choice™ Award.”

In response, Credit.com General Manager David Lord said, “It’s really humbling that a peer organization, BadCredit.org, recognizes our commitment. It adds validation to what we do every day. It’s incredible to hear good things from customers, but adds even more when a peer speaks up. ”

“We had some recent coverage in the Penny Hoarder about a stay-at-home mom who used our free score service to take control of her finances. Add that to this award, and it’s been a really humbling month. I go home feeling fantastic about what I get to do every day,” David added.

Thank you Adam and BadCredit.org for recognizing the Credit.com team’s commitment to help people take financial control.
