Senior VP and General Manager
Jason Owen, Senior Vice President and General Manager for Credit.com, is
responsible for leading, developing, and implementing the strategy for the
Most recently VP of Marketing at Vivint and VP of several of Red Ventures
businesses, Jason is a passionate entrepreneur, strategic marketing thought
leader, and creative thinker. Jason has over fifteen-years of sales and
marketing experience where he has learned to perfect turning clicks into
opportunities, using call center environments.
Considered an industry leader in sales and marketing, Jason was most
recently recognized with a Utah Business Sales and Marketer of the Year
award in 2016. Jason loves the dynamic challenges of marketing, and in his
own words, "The consumer's decision journey is more complicated today than
ever before, and I enjoy figuring out how to best position marketing
messages with the right actionable audiences at the right time and at the
A lover of the outdoors, Jason lives in Park City, Utah where he also
enjoys biking, skiing, and trail running. When he's not busy working,
traveling, or training for a triathlon, he's perfecting his fish taco
recipes and spending time with his two daughters, Charlotte and Lila.
VP of Product
Ryan leads Credit.com's product development team. With more than 15 years of experience in ecommerce, finance, customer acquisition and online advertising, he's drawn to high growth start-ups where he's able to develop and grow powerful products that can truly impact people. Prior to Credit.com, Ryan spent years as a pioneer in Spain's fledgling start-up scene, running and eventually selling his own e-commerce site, Spencer Enzo. Later he joined Macromedia and eventually NoMoreRacks.com. He graduated from UCLA with a B.S. Microbiology, Molecular Genetics and Immunology. Finally, Ryan is very close to earning his captain's license, after which he will be obliged to take each member of the Credit.com team sailing.
Editor in Chief & Chief Content Officer
Michael Schreiber leads the editorial and content team, which consists of more than 30 credit experts. Credit.com’s content is syndicated daily across major news and media outlets including Yahoo, MSN, AOL, NBC and others. Michael is an Emmy and DuPont award winning journalist & producer, with more than 15 years of experience and has worked in print, television and online. Previously, he was Managing Editor of MainStreet.com, the personal finance site owned by TheStreet.com. He is a graduate of Columbia University's Graduate School of Journalism, where he also served as an adjunct professor in the multimedia department.
VP of Engineering
Rebecca has over 20 years of experience in the software industry. She has displayed strong leadership throughout her career with an extensive track record of architecting and delivering high quality, scalable systems. She has a deep understanding of software development techniques and processes and emphasizes a pragmatic agile approach. Prior to joining Credit.com, Rebecca was Vice President of Software Engineering and Product Architecture at Innovative Interfaces. Rebecca holds a BS from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, with majors in Computer Science and Mathematics.
VP Partner Relations
Lisa Kimball is responsible for partner operations, compliance, strategic and affiliate partnerships, and advertiser account management. Before joining Credit.com, Lisa spent more than 15 years working at Zions Bancorporation and MUFG-Union Bank (Bank of Tokyo) where she led a variety of functions,
including technology strategy, relationship management, bank operations, project management and strategic sourcing. Lisa is a results focused leader with demonstrated effectiveness in building high performing teams, providing vision and focus through transition and establishing collaborative relationships that drive business value.
She is passionate about finding win-win solutions with business partners and optimizing business processes to drive efficiency, quality and consistency. Lisa holds a BA in Accounting as well as an MBA from the University of Utah.
John Paul Stallard
JP comes from England where he trained in industrial design. He has used the same ideals of craftsmanship to develop digital experiences for over a decade - discover the true purpose of the product, constantly iterate, and deliver results in a tangible form to produce sophisticated results.
He co-founded SOLV in 2007 to create compelling product experiences using his ideals of the chain of craftsmanship with an emphasis on collaboration, prototyping and continuous iteration, which he believes enables companies to deliver the right product, for the right people, at the right time. These clients include Airbnb, Google, Nike, HTC, Nokia, Polycom, Panasonic, and Salesforce.
Prior to SOLV, he was Samsung’s first interaction designer in London. Working in a rich multi-disciplinary and culturally diverse environment he applied his thinking to a range of business groups including mobile, imaging, and appliances, and helped develop new product types and interaction methods for the company.
Previous awards include an RSA Product Award and acceptance to the Royal College of Art.
