Correction: Credit.com incorrectly identified Vistaprint as having settled a class action lawsuit regarding improper charges on consumer debit cards. Vistaprint, in fact, was not part of the settlement in question. The settlement was with Vertrue LLC and Adaptive Marketing LLC. Vistaprint was named in a class action lawsuit in Texas regarding the Vertrue membership discount programs, however, the federal judge in Texas dismissed that lawsuit upon finding that that, as a matter of law, the web pages on which the Adaptive membership discount programs were offered on Vistaprint.com were clearly written and not deceptive.
